New Business:

Keith stated that Diane has the maps ready for print.

There was a discussion on board members. We will need to look into old minutes.

Keith talked about redecking the bridge on corridor 351 just below boots-in-a-barrel. It turns out that it needs beams under the bridge. Keith said he has nine telephone poles and it should only need six poles,

Keith talked about the NHSA annual meeting. He said they had voted in a by-law that legalized virtual meetings. Russ said these changes will also help when a snow storm would normally cause a cancelled meeting. Russ said they had a lawyer review the changes.

Keith said Bob Bordeau called and he said they are moving forward with opening the gas station on route 75 to force the DOT hand. Bob suggested that we look into opening up the old trail behind the gas station. Steven said he believes the owner still has his equipment there and possibly they will let us use the equipment. It should only be about 100 feet from the trail.

Chris Huydic made twenty three signs for the club. Chris said he has been a member for 6 years or so but lives in Connecticut so he can’t attend the work parties. He brought two of the signs in to show. They are made out of oak and are coated in polyurethane.

Keith made a motion to adjourn Phil seconded.
