Old business:
Keith said there is a bridge off Kings Highway that needs repairs. The club is splitting the cost with Rodney. Russ said there is a shortage of pressure treated lumber at the time. If we can’t get pressure treated maybe we can get rough cut lumber and coat it. Paul suggested checking with Hurd Lumber. They closed a couple of years ago but still have several large piles of 6×6’s.

New Business:

Keith said the groomers are registered.

Keith will be calling about metal behind Home Depot.
Jay finished the tire roller and delivered it to Keith’s.

Keith said the 2000 has a broken front leaf spring.

Russ talked about super raffle tickets. They doubled the number of tickets being sold because they have two sleds and two trailers being raffled off. The sleds and trailers were donated this year so more money should come into the club.

Russ said no grass drags. It won’t affect us too bad but some clubs will be hurt. They are looking into ways to help these clubs.

Keith said the owner of the field thinks he owns to the stone wall. Sal said he has a letter from Cynthia saying she owns the property. Sal will get Keith a copy of the letter.

Sal asked about registration prices. Russ listed the prices for resident ($99) and non-resident ($119). Registrations have gone up this year and they will go up again in a couple of years.

Keith said we should start thinking about trail work.

Phil said he has two 4×4 posts. One will go at boots-in-a- barrel. The other one will be on the power lines.

Sal made a motion to adjourn. Phil seconded.

Our next meeting will be October 13th, 2020 at 7:00 pm.
