Evergreen Valley Secretary Report 02/09/2021

The meeting started at 7:00 pm. at the La Corona Mexican Restaurant.

Secretary Report:
Scott gave the secretary’s report. Phil made a motion to accept. John seconded. Report accepted.

Treasurer’s Report:
Kim gave the treasure report. Misty made a motion to accept. Joe seconded. Report accepted.

Trail Masters Report:
Sal gave the trail masters report. Russ made a motion to accept. Phil seconded. Report accepted.

Trail Administrator Report:
John gave the trail administrator report. Mike made a motion to accept. Misty seconded. Report accepted.

Old/Unfinished business:

Russ asked Kim if she could mail $300 to NHASA for the Easter Seals. She said she will.

Russ stated the Ride in starts tomorrow. It is online. Silent auction also starts tomorrow. Super raffle is Friday.

John made a motion to accept the old business report. Mike seconded. Report accepted.

New Business:

Keith said Powder Mill is doing their poker run this weekend. He said that he and Mike will be doing one of the stops.
Keith said they have been grooming. They had to replace a few sprocket liners. Keith said he has ordered one liner but they need three.

Keith said LED lights have been donated for the 1000.

Tufts trail bridge has a hole in it. Keith said we will make a temporary repair this year.

Dana is letting us get fuel at the Moose while out grooming. We must zero the dial and send a picture to Keith.

Keith said we need to keep the groomers running. The club will get extra money this year.

Keith said he asked Misty to be PR representative for the club. She will be writing articles for the Snow Traveler.

Keith asked about nominations and if anyone wants to run in the upcoming April elections.

Kim said they would like to have a club get together with bon fire at their house. She said maybe February 27th.

Sal said he will post on FaceBook when Dodge Cross is open.

Phil made a motion to adjourn. Kathy seconded.
